Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the following games published by Osman Cem Göken ("Cem Goken Game Studio", "we") on the App Store and Google Play: Magnevo, Glowtide, Letters & Numbers, Top of the Class (Sınıfın En İyisi), Where on Earth? and 6yüzyıl.

1. What we collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and we do not run our own servers that receive data from the games. Your game progress, settings and purchases-owned flags are stored only on your device.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The games show ads through Google AdMob. To deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process: device and app information, an advertising identifier (where allowed), IP address, approximate location derived from it, and interactions with ads. Google processes this data under its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

• Games for children (Magnevo, Top of the Class, and Letters & Numbers when a child age is selected): ad requests are tagged as child-directed and under the age of consent. Only non-personalized ads rated for general audiences ("G") are shown. The advertising identifier is not used for tracking, and no consent prompt is shown to children.
• Other games and players: in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the game's settings ("Privacy options"). Ads are limited to "PG" content at most.
• On iPhone and iPad we do not show Apple's tracking (ATT) prompt in games for children and do not track children across apps.

3. In-app purchases

Purchases (for example "No ads" or coin packs) are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation of which product was bought, so that it can be unlocked on your device. In Top of the Class the shop is behind a parental gate.

4. Game Center / Google Play services

If you sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, leaderboards and achievements are handled by Apple or Google under their privacy policies.

5. Children

Several of our games are made for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents who believe their child's information has been collected can contact us and we will help remove it.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because game data stays on your device, deleting the game deletes it. To ask Google to delete advertising data, see Google's data controls, or reset your device's advertising ID.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to processing. Contact us and we will reply within 30 days.

8. Changes

We will update this page if the games change how they handle data. The date at the top shows the latest version.
